Management’s professional abilities & vast experience in the same field backed by the adoption to innovation would make the projects successful. Most of the real estate sector companies do not have professional and experienced Management in the same field which leads to doldrums; they cannot innovate & see the customer view. The company’s registered office is situated at Vashi, New Mumbai, and the company’s operations are in New Mumbai, Shirdi, Lonavla & other regions with its first project at Nerul (New Mumbai).

The Promoters of the company have got vast experience in the same field and   are   professionally qualified.  The company is being spearheaded by Shri Bhushan G. Rupani who himself is Architect and Engineer by profession practicing for the past 20 years in Thane & Mumbai.  He is Civil Engineer by qualification and is one of the leading Architect & Engineer in Kalyan – Ulhasnagar – Ambernath belt.  The other Directors are also equivalently qualified & experienced with thorough knowledge of actual field work.  The company’s mission reflects the visionary of Management which is infused with customer oriented approach with appropriate adoption to innovative ideas. Total Commitment to quality is a feature of their approach & they constantly believe in raising their benchmark on their own.  The promoters have individually completed & handled many prestigious projects.  With good avenues in prospect for big projects which require such professional approach they have incorporated the company & have came together.

The Company, Maatoshree Shelters Pvt. Ltd., was incorporated with a view to gain from the boom of construction industry & Government incentives in this field.  The Company has successfully completed its first project of Moreshwar Complex, Nerul of 25,000 Sq.ft. with project  Cost of over Rs. 5 Crores.  This very first project gave boost to the reputation of this newly formed Company.  It encouraged the Directors to announce 2 similar prestigious Projects in Kharghar area named “Moreshwar Apts.” & “Moreshwar Aangan”. The Moreshwar Apartment is near completion now. This Apartment is located in Prime Location area of Shilp Chowk in Sec.-13, of Kharghar with project cost of over 2.5 crores. The Company with additional resources from the Directors & resources generated have ventured into the service industry of Tourism by completing & operating a Hotel in most demanding location near Mumbai i.e. Shirdi, named Hotel Sai Moreshwar. This Hotel is situated at walking distance from the temple & is one of the best Hotel in the Shirdi. Again the government policies as announced by the Finance Ministry will add to incentives / boost to this industry and will add to profitability of business and very recently company has acquired one more Hotel in the best tourist spot near Mumbai & Pune i.e. lonavla.  The Lonavla Hill station is just touching the Mahindra Special Economic zone spread over 900 Acres of land & with in vestment of more than 9000 crores.  So the location of this Hotel will be best suited by the corporate as well the tourists also. All the projects of the company are in Prime Location of the city, which adds to profitability.­­
